摘要
应用超声波技术在温和条件下制得了碱性离子液体官能化SiO2材料。对所制备的样品应用Hammett指示剂法、29SiNMR和低温N2吸脱附实验进行了表征,结果表明离子液体基团已经以共价键嫁接到了SiO2上;不同结构的嫁接型离子液体的碱强度不同;离子液体嫁接前后对载体的结构影响不大。在甲醇和环氧丙烷合成丙二醇醚的反应中对样品的催化性能做了测试,结果表明,样品在此反应中反应物转化率均大于91%,样品表现出很好的重复使用性能。
A series of basic ionic liquids-grafted SiO2 were prepared by ultrasonic technique under mild conditions. The samples were characterized by indicator dye adsorption, ^29Si NMR spectra and N, adsorption-desorption methods. The characterization results proved that the ionic liquids groups were grafted onto the inner wall of the silica gel by covalent bonds. The basic strengths of grafted ionic liquids were different. The materials remained mesoporous before and after the funetionalization. The samples exhibited promising catalytic properties towards the synthesis of propylene glycol methyl ether from methanol and propylene oxide. They had both high conversions (〉91%) and good reusability in the reaction.
