摘要
目的讨论MSCT在胸部外伤时肋软骨损伤诊断方面的价值。方法总结分析了20例肋软骨损伤的病例,在MSCT机上经过MPR、MIP、SSD及VR等后处理技术重组。结果经过上述多种后处理技术的联合运用,20例肋软骨损伤的病例均得到了准确的诊断。结论MSCT的多种后处理技术联合运用对于肋软骨损伤的诊断相当准确,为临床提供了准确的信息,与胸部普通X线及常规CT轴位扫描相比,显著提高了诊断水平。
Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of costicartilage trauma in the chest trauma on multislice CT（MSCT）, Methods 20 patients with costicarfilage trauma were summarized and analysized. A number of post-processing of images were done with MPR, M/E SSD~ VR method on the multislice CT. Results After these various post-processing techniques of joint use, 10 cases of costicartilage trauma in both cases were accurately diagnosied. Conclusion On the MSCT these various post-processing techniques for joint use can make quite accurate diagnosis of costicartilage injury, provide accurate information for clinical, and significantly improve the diagnosis compared with chest plain flim and axial CT images.
