16层螺旋CT在膝关节游离体诊断中的应用价值 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨16层螺旋CT及其三维重建(3-D)与多平面重组(MPR)技术在膝关节游离体诊断中的应用价值。方法15例病例均采用16层螺旋CT进行扫描,在工作站上进行3D及MPR等影像后处理,并对结果进行比较和综合分析。结果15例患者中,右侧膝关节游离体8例,左侧3例,双侧3例,多发游离体1例;其中2例伴有关节积液,6例有关节周围软组织肿胀。16层螺旋CT的3-D图像可清晰显示游离体的立体形态,MPR图像则可以多平面,多角度地观察游离体的大小、形态、密度、位置,对病变显示满意。结论多层螺旋CT重建能提供骨关节病变非常有价值的空间关系信息,其表现接近病理解剖,临床应用价值大,有利于临床医师选择治疗方案、制订手术计划。 Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of 16-slice spiral CT (16-slice SCT) with its 3-dimensional reconstruction (3-D) and multiplanar reformation (MPR) in the diagnosis of loose body of knee joint. Methods 15 patients with suspected loose body of joint underwent 16-slice SCT.Images obtained with postprocessing techniques including 3D reconstruction and MPR performed on a workstation for each case were reviewed. Results Among 15 cases, eight cases with loose body were in right knee joint, three cases in left knee joint, and three cases in bilateral knee joint. One case with loose body was multiple; two cases had joint effusion; 6 cases had soft tissue swelling. 16-slice SCT with 3D reconstruction demonstrated stereoscopic morphology of loose body and MPR images could display the lession clearly by observing its size, shape, density and location overall. Conclusion Sixteen-slice SCT with 3D and MPR techniques can provide valuable spatial information of diseases in bones and joints of wrist and foot which correlated well with that of pathological anatomy.
