摘要
本文对工程量清单三大组成之一的措施项目清单进行详细阐述,对其在工程实践中的作用进行具体分析;着重对发包方招标清单中如何准确设立措施项目、承包方如何合理编排措施项目的价格、以及在工程实施过程中如何减少或杜绝施工组织设计的不合理变更而带来的措施费用的增加进行较为深入研究;对如何运用合同管理确保措施项目的质量从而确保工程质量,如何把握在工程实施时,工程实体发生变化而措施费用并不改变等具体问题进行了分析。通过具体事例说明管理好工程量清单中措施项目费的重要性。
The step item cost, one of three important parts in the bill quantities of construction, was fully analyzed in this paper and its importance was specifically stressed in the building construction. The discussions were deeply and extensively done, how to design step items for the party issuing contract and reasonably arrange the prices of step items in detailed list of public bidding for the contractor, how to reduce or eliminate increases of the step item cost for the modification under construction and in designing organizing, how to use the economic measures of step item cost for guarantying the quality of construction and how to control the cost of step items as the modification in construction project happened, etc. examples of construction were given to show the importance of managing step item cost of the bill quantity of construction was stressed.
