摘要
从知识管理的角度看,教师个人知识的管理水平将对教学质量与教师专业发展产生重要影响。本文借鉴知识管理中的"知识地图"概念,聚焦于教师个体,探讨教师个人知识地图的类型与构建方式,尝试为教师个人知识管理提供一种切实有效的方法与策略。教师可以了解不同知识地图的特点,根据个人需要和知识存在状态,构建有效知识地图,以实现个人知识的有效管理。
From the perspective of knowledge management, it is obvious that the level of the management of teacher's personal knowledge has a great influence on the quality of instruction and the professional development of teachers. By using the concept of knowledge map in knowledge management, this paper focuses on individual teacher, and discusses the types and constructing methods of teacher's personal knowledge map, and tries to provide the management of teacher's personal knowledge with an effective mode and approach. Teachers can understand the different characteristics of the knowledge map, build effective knowledge map based on individual needs and the existence of knowledge, and to achieve effective management of personal knowledge.
