摘要
教师个人知识管理是当代教师专业发展领域中的一个重要研究课题。本文较全面地扫描了国内外有关教师个人知识管理的研究现状,并从教师个人知识管理与教师专业发展的角度对其未来发展进行了展望,以期为幼儿园教师教育提供新的研究视角。
Teacher’s personal knowledge management is a key topic m present research field of teacher’s professional development. This paper makes a review of researches in this field home and abroad and offers a prospect into future development in terms of relation between teacher’s personal knowledge management and his professional development in hope of providing a new perspective and direction for the research of preschool teacher education.
