摘要
采用微弧氧化处理技术在纯钛表面制备了含钙磷的多孔生物活性复合陶瓷膜,研究微弧氧化时的电极频率对复合陶瓷膜的形貌、结构、成分和性能的影响。结果表明:在400-800Hz电极频率下,试样表面均形成了“火山口”喷发特征的含钙磷的多孔陶瓷膜层;膜层厚度随电极频率的升高而减少;膜层主要由锐钛矿相TiO2和金红石相TiO2组成,且金红石相TiO2的含量随电极频率的升高而增多,膜层表面在800Hz时出现大量钙磷盐的沉积,同时非晶现象明显;膜层中的Ca/P值随电极频率的升高而降低;膜层与基体的摩擦力临界载荷值随电极频率的升高呈先升后降的变化规律,在600Hz时的临界载荷值最大。
The bioactive composite ceramics membrane with porous structure was fabricated on surface of pure titanium by microarc oxidation technology.The effect of electrode frequency of microarc oxidation on morphology,structure, composition and performance of the composite ceramic membrane was studied.The results indicate that the porous calcium-phosphorus ceramic membrane forms with "the crater" structure on the surface when the electrode frequency changs from 400 to 800Hz.The thickness of the membrane increases with the decrease of electrode frequency.The membrane is mainly composed of anatase TiO2 and rutile TiO2,and the quantity of rutile TiO2 increases with the increase of electrode frequency.An amount of calcium phosphate is deposited on the surface of membrane at the electrode frequency of 800Hz,and some amorphous phase appears.The Ca/P ratio in the membrane increases with decrease of electrode frequency.The critical loading value of friction force between the membrane and the substrate increases firstly and then decreases with the increase of the electrode frequency,and the biggest value appears,at 600Hz.
