摘要
目的探讨影响新建本科院校教师工作满意度的相关因素。方法采用随机抽样的方法,选取216名合肥学院的教师应用工作满意度量表进行调查。结果合肥学院教师的工作满意度总体上处于中等水平。不同年龄、不同职称和不同学历教师的工作满意度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论合肥学院的管理者应树立以人为本的科学管理理念,对不同的教师群体采取相应的管理措施。
Objective To explore the influential factors of job satisfaction of teachers in a new college. Methods By the random method, 216 teachers in Hefei College were selected and surveyed for job satisfaction. Results As a whole, the job satisfaction of teachers in the Hefei College was in a middle level. The age, professional titles and educational background influenced the job satisfaction as a single factor, P 〈 0.05. Conclusions The managers of the Hefei College should have the ideal of humanism and take some effective measures in the light of teachers' features.
