高校教师工作满意度调查问卷的编制与分析 被引量:17

摘要 编制了适用于高校教师工作满意度的调查问卷。参考国内外相关文献,初步拟定工作满意度问卷的7个维度:工作本身、工作报酬、晋升、人际关系、领导行为、组织认同及工作环境。实测问卷有37个项目,各项目均有较好的鉴别度;总量表的Cronbachα系数为0.9266,半分信度为0.9077;探索性因素分析七因子模型可解释总方差的58.221%,验证性因素分析的拟合指数RMSEA=0.047,AGFI=0.83,NNFI=0.90,CFI=0.91。调查结果表明:高校教师工作满意度调查问卷的信度、效度指标符合心理测验学的要求,但问卷还需进一步完善。 To develop the Teachers' Job Satisfaction Scale for Chinese university. Methods: To make 7 dimensions for job satisfaction, including work, reward & promote, interpersonal relationship behaviors of leaders, organizational identify and job condition. The formal samples consist of 376 university teachers. Results: the result of item analysis shows that 37 items of the scale meet psychometric criteria, all items have acceptable discriminate validity; the internal consistency of scale is 0. 9266, and the split reliability is 0. 9077; EFA shows that there are 7 dominant factors accounting for 58. 221% of the total variance, CFA shows that the fit indices is good, RMSEA=0.047, AGFI=0.83, NNFI=0.90, CFI=0.91. Conclusion: Tests find the new scale to be reliable and valid enough to measure Teachers' Job Satisfaction.
