摘要
编制了适用于高校教师工作满意度的调查问卷。参考国内外相关文献,初步拟定工作满意度问卷的7个维度:工作本身、工作报酬、晋升、人际关系、领导行为、组织认同及工作环境。实测问卷有37个项目,各项目均有较好的鉴别度;总量表的Cronbachα系数为0.9266,半分信度为0.9077;探索性因素分析七因子模型可解释总方差的58.221%,验证性因素分析的拟合指数RMSEA=0.047,AGFI=0.83,NNFI=0.90,CFI=0.91。调查结果表明:高校教师工作满意度调查问卷的信度、效度指标符合心理测验学的要求,但问卷还需进一步完善。
To develop the Teachers＇ Job Satisfaction Scale for Chinese university. Methods： To make 7 dimensions for job satisfaction, including work, reward ＆ promote, interpersonal relationship behaviors of leaders, organizational identify and job condition. The formal samples consist of 376 university teachers. Results： the result of item analysis shows that 37 items of the scale meet psychometric criteria, all items have acceptable discriminate validity; the internal consistency of scale is 0. 9266, and the split reliability is 0. 9077; EFA shows that there are 7 dominant factors accounting for 58. 221% of the total variance, CFA shows that the fit indices is good, RMSEA=0.047, AGFI=0.83, NNFI=0.90, CFI=0.91. Conclusion： Tests find the new scale to be reliable and valid enough to measure Teachers＇ Job Satisfaction.
