摘要
目的:探讨计划生育节育手术后阴道出血相关影响因素,观察口服避孕药止血的疗效,为进一步对做好计划生育节育手术后口服避孕药应用工作提供科学依据。方法:2011年1月～2011年12月,随机抽取在我院就诊的人流、上环、取环术后阴道流血时间超过2周的患者65例进行临床观察。结果:65例流血患者中,37例流血时间在14～20天,17例流血时间在21～35天,11例流血时间>35天。口服避孕药止血影响因素与感染、不良分娩史、宫内残留、多次人工流产史及女性内分泌紊乱有关系。结论:计划生育节育手术后口服避孕药,有助于减少流血量,缩短流血时间,恢复正常月经周期,避免再孕。
Objectives： To investigate the related influencing factors for vaginal bleeding after the birth control operation and to observe the hemostatic effects of oral contraceptives. Methods ： A total of 65 cases were randomly selected from the pa- tients who had vaginal bleeding for more than 2 weeks after the abortion, the IUD placement and IUD removal in our hospital from Jan. 2011 to Dec. 2011. Their clinical signs were closely observed. Results： Among the 65 patients, 37 cases bled for 14 -20 days, 17 cases for 21 -35 days, 11 eases for more than 35 days. The hemostatic effects of oral contraceptives were related to in- fection, adverse delivery history, intrauterine residue, repeated abortion history, and female endocrine disorders. Conclusion： Use of oral contraceptives after birth control operation can help to reduce the amount of bleeding, to shorten the bleeding time, to resume normal menstrual cycle, and to avoid unexpected pregnancy
