摘要
目的使聘用护士在医院改革中尽快适应新形势,充分发挥其潜能。方法聘用护士享有军人护士同等待遇,在工作质量、培训考核、奖励、职称晋升等方面标准一致。开展3年"续贯制"带教,合理安排班次,建立社会支持系统等。结果提高了聘用护士的满意度及考核成绩;病人对聘用护士工作的满意度显著提高(P<0.01)。结论人本管理充分调动了聘用护士的工作积极性,提高了护理服务质量。
Objective To enable the employed nurses to adapt to the new situation in the reorganizing reform system in military hospitals and make full use of their potential. Method The humanity management was applied in the management of employed nurses. The employed nurses shared the same payment system, the same criterion in the quality control, examination, training, awards and promotion in professional titles with the military nurses. Moreover, they were provided three consecutive years of guidance, reasonable work shifts and social support. Results This practice not only increased employed nurses' satisfaction and their performance in the examinations,but also increased patients' satisfaction (P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion The humanity management can fully motivate employed nurses' working enthusiasm and improve the quality of nursing.
