摘要
通过从学习适应期、成型稳定期、创新发展期、走向成熟期四个阶段构建青年教师的成长模型,分析影响其成长的主要因素,对青年教师的成长规律进行了研究。研究表明:事业心和责任感、知识结构、教科研实践能力、教育理念及外部环境是高校青年教师成长的关键。
In this paper, by the means of constructing growing model from four stages, and analyzing pivotal factors, we illustrates the law of growth. The results indicate that enterprise and sense of responsibility, knowledge frame, practice ability of scientific research and teaching, education though and exterior environment are the key factors, and that if we follow the rules, the time of maturation can be shortened.
