摘要
通过对轮岗模式的架构、目标、对象、实施过程、评估等相关情况进行介绍,文章认为经过轮岗实践,在加速新员工职责身份转换,提高人才与岗位的匹配度,增强部门间沟通和交流等方面都有重要意义。职能部门新员工轮岗培养模式是一个培养人才、储备人才、建立医院管理人才梯队的有效模式。
The author made a comprehensive discussion on the rotational training model from the perspective of its structure, purpose, subject, process of implementation, assessment, etc., and thought that the rotational training had a great importance in new staff's realization of their new responsibility, making staff and their positions better matched and promoting inter-departmental communication. The rotational training model of new staff in hospital administration departments was effective in the training and reserve of talents and the construction of tiered hospital management team.
