摘要
[目的]探索肺炎克雷伯氏菌、温和气单胞菌的最适生长环境。[方法]以分离自鱼类的肺炎克雷伯氏菌、温和气单胞菌为材料,研究高温、pH值、重金属对其生长特性的影响。[结果]肺炎克雷伯氏菌、温和气单胞菌的最适生长温度分别为37、28℃,且肺炎克雷伯氏菌对高温的抵抗力较强,温和气单胞菌对高温的抵抗力较弱。肺炎克雷伯氏菌、温和气单胞菌均在pH值为7的培养基中生长最旺盛。肺炎克雷伯氏菌、温和气单胞菌对Cr6+、Cu2+、Zn2+、Mn2+均产生较强的抗性,且温和气单胞菌对重金属离子的抗性较强,随着重金属离子浓度的增加,2种菌的生长量减少。[结论]该研究为进一步研究肺炎克雷伯氏菌和温和气单胞菌对动物的致病机制提供了依据。
[Objective] The aim was to explore the best environmental conditions for the growth of Klebsiella pneumoniae and Aeromonas sobria.[Method] With K.pneumoniae and A.sobria separated from fish as materials,the influences of high temperature,pH value and heavy metals on their growth characteristics were studied.[Result] The optimum growth temperature of K.pneumoniae and A.sobria was 37 and 28 ℃,resp.K.pneumoniae had stronger resistance and A.sobria had weaker resistance on the high temperature.K.pneumoniae and A.sobria grew vigorously in the culture medium with pH 7,and they all had stronger resistance on Cr^6+,Cu^2+,Zn^2+ and Mn^2+ and A.sobria had stronger resistance on heavy metal ions.The growth of the two kinds of bacterium was decreased with the increase of heavy metal ion concn.[Conclusion]The study provided the basis for the further study of the pathogenic mechanism of K.pneumoniae and A.sobria in animal.
