摘要
以三疣梭子蟹大眼幼体为实验动物,开展了4种重金属离子对其急性毒性实验。结果表明:Zn2+、Cu2+、Hg2+、Cr6+的96 h LC50值依次为1.040 mg/L、0.291 mg/L、0.034 mg/L和11.046 mg/L;三疣梭子蟹大眼幼体对Zn2+、Cu2+、Hg2+、Cr6+的安全质量浓度分别为0.010 4 mg/L、0.002 91 mg/L、0.000 34 mg/L和0.114 6 mg/L。各重金属离子毒性大小依次为Hg2+、Cu2+、Zn2+、Cr6+。最后,还就Zn2+、Cu2+、Hg2+、Cr6+对大眼幼体的急性致毒效应与死亡跃变特征,大眼幼体对Zn2+、Cu2+、Hg2+、Cr6+的安全浓度进行了分析与探讨。
The thesis studied on the acute toxicity of Cr^6+, Zn^2+, Hg^2+ on megalopa larvaes of Portunus trituberculatus The results showed that the median lethal concentrations(LC50) of Zn^2+, Cu^2+, Hg^2+and Cr^6+ for 96 h to megalopa larvaes of Portunus trituberculatus was 1.040 rag/L, 0.291 rag/L, 0.034 mg/L and 11.046 mg/L respectively, that safety concentrations (SC) of Zn2+, Cu^2+, Hg^2+and Cr^6+ for 96 h was 0.010 4 mg/L, 0.002 91 mg/L, 0.000 34 mg/L and 0.114 6 mg/L respectively; that the order of the toxicity of these heavy metals was Hg^2+〉Cu^2+〉Zn^2+〉Cr^6+ in turn. Finally, the thesis talked about the acute toxicity effects, SC of Zn^2+,Cu^2+,Hg^2+ and Cr^6+ on megalopa larvaes of Portunus trituberculatus.
