摘要 以黄瓜为对象,研究了低温胁迫下不同Cu2+、Zn2+和Mn2+浓度对其幼苗叶片叶绿素荧光参数的影响。结果表明:低温胁迫下,提高营养液Cu2+、Zn2+和Mn2+浓度能使黄瓜幼苗叶片Fv/Fm、ΦPSⅡ等叶绿素荧光参数明显增强,表明Cu2+、Zn2+和Mn2+浓度的提高能显著增强黄瓜叶片光合机构抗低温损伤的能力。 The effects of different concentrations of Cu^2+、Zn^2+ and Mn^2+ nutrient solution on chloro- phyll fluorescence parameters of cucumber seedling leaves under low temperature were studied. The results showed that Fv/Fm, φPSⅡ of cucumber seedling leaves could been increased under low temperature when cucumber was treated by high concentrations of Cu^2+、Zn^2+ and Mn^2+ This indicated that the photosynthetic apparatus of cucumber seedling leaves could been enhanced by increasing the concentrations of Cu^2+、Zn^2+ and Mn^2+.
