摘要
[目的]为石榴多酚的工业化制备提供重要参考。[方法]采用微波提取法对四川会理石榴皮中的多酚进行提取,正交试验确定最佳提取工艺。[结果]以水作溶剂、料液比1∶20时,多酚得率随提取温度的升高而增大,60℃时多酚得率最高。采用水-乙醇复合提取体系,用30%的乙醇溶液作提取剂,当微波提取条件为:提取功率300W、提取时间90 s、提取次数2次时,多酚得率较高。各因素对石榴皮多酚得率的影响由大到小依次为:提取功率>提取温度>提取时间>提取次数。[结论]微波提取石榴皮多酚的最佳提取工艺为:30%乙醇溶液,料液比1∶20,提取功率300 W,提取温度60℃,提取时间100 s,提取次数3次,该条件下,多酚得率达26.91%。
[ Objective ] The study aimed to provide an important reference for the industrial preparation of polyphenol from pomegranate. [ Method ] The polyphenol was extracted form pomegranate peel in Sichuan Huili by microwave extraction method and the orthogonal experiment was carried out to determine the optimum extraction technology. [Result] With water as solvent and solid-liquid ratio was 1:20, the extraction rate of polyphenol was increased with the rise of extraction temperature and it reached the biggest at 60 ℃. With 30% ethanol as extractant, the extraction rate was higher by applying the compound extraction system of waterethanol when the microwave extraction condition was as follows : extraction power was 300 W, extraction time was 90 s and extraction times was 2. The influence of factors on the extraction rate of polyphenol from pomegranate peel in order was extraction power 〉 extraction temperature 〉 extraction time 〉 extraction times. [ Conclusion ] With microwave extraction, the optimum extraction condition of polyphenol from pomegranate peel was 30% ethanol, solid-liquid ratio of 1:20, extraction power of 300 W, extraction temperature of 60 ~C, extraction time of 100 s, extraction times of 3. Under the conditions, the extraction rate reached 26.91%.
