介绍了一种海水液压动力驱动的水下作业工具系统。该系统由电机或内燃机作为原动力,包括动力源、作业工具以及胶管总成等部分。作业工具包括由海水液压缸驱动的往复型工具和由海水液压马达驱动的旋转型工具。系统直接从海洋吸水,做功后直接排出系统,应用于水下作业时具有结构简单、效率高、自动压力补偿等突出优点,是水下作业的理想选择。该系统同样能以淡水作为工作介质,适用于陆地水源地附件和水面作业。该工具系统在海洋开发、河道工程、港口码头等领域均有广阔的应用前景。
A tool system driven by seawater hydraulics was introduced. The system is driven by electric motor or gas engine, including power source, tools and hose assembly. The tools include reciprocal tools driven by seawater hydraulic cylinder and rotational tools driven by seawater hydraulic motor. The system sucks water directly from ocean and discharges water back to the ocean after the work is completed. The system has the advantages of simpleness, high effectiveness and automatic pressure compensation and thus is an ideal selection for underwater work. The system can use raw water as the working media and can be used on land close to water source or water surface. This tool system has broad applications in ocean exploitation, river & road engineering, haven and dock.
