摘要
介绍了一种能直接以海水作为工作介质的液压调速阀,针对其泄漏和气蚀拉丝侵蚀严重、污染严重等问题,提出了相应的解决措施。通过建立数学模型,对该阀的动静态性能进行了仿真,在此基础上对阀芯顶角、弹簧刚度以及容腔等结构参数进行了优化设计。试验研究表明,该阀的性能指标满足了使用要求,达到了国外同类产品的指标要求。
A flow control valve with pressure compensation using seawater as the working media was developed. Aiming at serious leakage, cavitation,wire drawing and pollution, respective countermeasures were taken. At the same time, the mathematical model was built and static and dynamic characteristics were simulated. Based on these analyses the structural parameters such as the cone angle, chamber and the rigidity of spring were optimized. Test results show that the valve meets the design requirements and its main performance parameters are close to the advanced products in the world.
