摘要
介绍一种能直接以海水作为工作介质的液压调速阀。通过建立数学模型,对该阀的动静态性能进行仿真,在此基础上对阀芯顶角、弹簧刚度以及容腔等结构参数进行优化设计。阀的性能试验结果与理论分析比较符合,满足了设计指标要求。
A flow control valve with pressure compensation using seawater as the working media was developed. The mathematical model was built, and static and dynamic characteristics were simulated. On this basis, the structure parameters, such as cone angle, chamber and rigidity of spring, were optimized. Test results show that the characteristics of the valve are basically in accordance with theoretical analyses and meet the design requirements.
