摘要 为了适应录井过程中多种数据采集接口的要求,根据光电编码绞车传感器信号测量原理,绞车通用数据采集接口设计采用PLD芯片实现信号鉴相倍频计数功能,提高了该接口的可靠性;光电编码绞车信号经过通用接口进行采集处理后转换成模拟信号和数字信号输出,模拟信号可以通过多种数据采集接口进行采集,数字信号输出可以与CAN总线、485总线、RS232串口等接口进行通讯,保证了该接口的通用性及可扩展性。 In order to meet the needs of various data acquisition interface during mud logging,according to signal measuring principle of photoelectric encoding drawworks sensor,the drawworks universal data acquisition interface adopts PLD chip to realize signal phase detection and frequency multipli- cation counting functions,thereby raising the interface reli- ability.Through universal interface acquisition and process- ing,photoelectric encoding drawworks sensor signals are converted into analog signal and digital signal output,ana- log signal can he picked up through various data acquisition interface,digital signal output can communicate with CAN bus,485 bus and RS 232 serial port,thus guaranteeing the compatibility and scalability of it.
