提高录井仪深度系统测量精度的探讨

摘要 只有录井深度测量参数准确无误,才能保证与之相对应的其他录井测量参数具有解释评价价值。从提高录井仪深度系统测量井深精度的角度出发,在介绍录井深度系统组成及影响井深测量精度因素的基础上,分别阐述了改进深度传感器、深度数据采集接口、相关参数设置和钻井状态逻辑判断的具体措施。高精度的深度测量数据可保证录井资料更加真实地反映地层情况,捕捉到地层的细微变化,更有利于油气层评价;同时高精度的深度测量数据可以为钻井工程提供更加可靠的安全监控,保障其安全高效钻进。 Only mud logging depth is accurate,can the other corresponding mud logging parameters be correct,therefore,avoiding occurring error data and resulting in mud logging data interpretation to hydrocarbon zone evaluation incorrectly.Only comprehensively considering the component parts of depth system,such as sensor configuration,data acquisition,parameter setting and logical judgment,can we finally realize the high accuracy and intellectualization of depth system of mud logging units,and then guarantee mud logging data to really reflect stratigraphic condition,and capture the small changes of formations,which is in favor of hydrocarbon zone fine evaluation.Besides,the accurate depth data can provide the more reliable safety monitoring for drilling engineering,and assure drilling safety and high efficiency.
