摘要
井深测量是综合录井最为重要的参数之一,在录井仪井深测量系统研制过程中,绞车传感器信号处理是否合理,将直接影响井深测量的精度。针对此问题,在分析绞车信号特征基础上,系统地阐述了利用单片机实现绞车信号鉴相与计数的基本原理和方法(中断函数法),强调鉴相与计数必须满足3个条件——信号类型、信号电平以及确定信号波形边沿是上升沿还是下降沿,才可实现绞车转动方向的判断和井深计算,同时提供了利用中断函数进行鉴相与计数的程序流程图和C语言代码。关于绞车信号处理的论述,无论是对于从事井深测量系统的研制人员还是对录井操作人员,都具有指导意义。
Well depth is one of the most important comprehensive logging parameters.During developing well depth measurement system for mud logging unit,it directly affects the accuracy of well depth measurement whether winch sensor signal processing is rational or not.In view of this problem,and on the basis of analyzing winch signal characteristics,the paper makes a systematic exposition to the basic principles and method for making use of single-chip computer to realize winch phase discrimination and count,that is Interrupt Function Method,which emphasizes that phase discrimination and count should meet three conditions of signal type,signal level and determining signal waveform edge in rising or falling,thus realizing winch rotation direction judgment and well depth calculation.Simultaneously,the paper provides the program flow chart and C language code which uses the interpret function to do phase discrimination and count.The further exposition about winch signal processing has an important guiding significance either for the technicians working on developing well depth measurement system or for mud logging operators.
