摘要
当今教育正处于变革之中,在这个背景下的初任教师专业素养问题值得研究者关注。初任教师是指工作1至3年的教师,在变革背景下初任教师应该具有稳固的教育信念,初步具有当代教育理念、完善的知识结构和适应于变革的能力体系。
Nowdays our education is experiencing a series of reforms and innovations, our research focuses on the beginning teachers' professional qualities. Beginning teachers refer to those who have worked fou 1 -3 years. The author thinks beginning teachers should have firm educational faith, mdoern educational view, complete perfect knowledge structure and ability to get used to educational innovations.
