摘要
农村教师专业发展是教育领域的一大研究热点。本文基于中国知网2008年至2017年有关农村教师专业发展需求的研究文献,梳理了农村教师专业发展需求的需求内涵、需求现状、影响因素和专业发展路径等,较为深入地分析了农村教师专业发展需求的研究现状,为基于乡村振兴视角下进一步开展农村教师专业发展需求研究提供了经验借鉴。
The professional development of rural teachers is a major research hotspot in the field of education.Based on the research literature on the needs of rural teachers professional Development from 2008 to 2017,this paper combs the demand connotation,current situation,influencing factors and professional development path of rural teachers professional development,and analyzes the research actuality of rural teachers professional development needs in depth.It provides the experience for the further development of rural teachers professional needs based on the perspective of village revitalization.
