摘要
工程师的培养目标和计划应该以满足社会需求为标准。工程师应知晓国际发展趋势,同时又能倾听企业呼声。让学生亲历工程项目以培养工程意识和工程能力,以团队工作方式锻炼学生,使之适应社会上普遍适用的工作方式。教师领路不把关,让学生自主学习;实践教学基地搭台不做主,突出服务定位。悟道是知识转化为能力的内化过程,素质的培养须通过师生一招一式的交流互动和示范效仿。
The purpose and plan of cultivating engineers should meet the needs of the society. Engineers should not only know the latest developments of technology worldwide, but also listen to the voices of national enterprises. Universities and colleges have the responsibility to encourage students to experience a real engineering project, which can help students to develop technology awareness and engineering ability. The work mode of teamwork for a project can provide practice for students, adapting them to the common working modes in the society. Teachers should only be advisers, not controllers, and practical teaching base where students do their internship should offer learning possibilities. Only in this way can students obtain knowledge on their own. The enlightenment is an internal process in which knowledge turns into practical skills. The quality of an engineer can be developed only through communication and interaction as well as demonstration and imitation between teachers and students.
