摘要
对尼罗罗非鱼和奥尼罗非鱼的血细胞显微结构进行了观察。结果表明,两种罗非鱼红细胞显微结构相似,奥尼罗非鱼红细胞数为(2.23±0.47)×1012·L-1,尼罗罗非鱼为(2.12±0.71)×1012·L-1(P>0.05,n=10),差异不显著,前者红细胞体积明显大于后者;外周血中可见较多未成熟具伪足结构的红细胞;两者均可观察到6类白细胞,所占比例从大到小依次为小淋巴细胞>中性细胞>血栓细胞>大淋巴细胞>单核细胞>嗜酸性粒细胞,未见嗜碱性粒细胞,奥尼罗非鱼白细胞总数大于尼罗罗非鱼。
The Microstructure, amount and size of haemocytes of Oreoehromis niloticu and Hybrid tilapia were observed by light microscopy. The result showed, that the morphology of erythrocyte was similar in the two species, the amount of erythrocyte of Hybrid tilapia was （2.23±0.47）×10^12·L^-1, the amount of Oreochromis niloticu was （2.12±0.71）×10^12·L^-1（P〉0.05,n= 10）. There was a significant difference in volume of erythrocyte between two species, Hybrid tilapia was bigger than oreochromis niloticu. There were many immature erythrocytes with pseudopod in peripheral blood. Six types of haemocyte were observed and the percentages order of leucocytes was small lymphocytes〉neutrophil cells〉thrombus cells〉large lymphocyte〉 monocytes〉eosinophils. Basophilic granulocyte was rare. The total count of leukocytes in O. niloticus ♀×O. aureus ♂ is more than that in Oreochromis niloticu.
