摘要
对黄颡鱼外周血细胞用常规Wright’s法染色并进行显微观察 ,可见以下血细胞 :红细胞、未成熟红细胞、嗜中性粒细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞、小淋巴细胞、大淋巴细胞、单核细胞和血栓细胞 。
The peripheral blood cells were stained by Wright’s stain and were observed under microscopes.The following blood cells were discovered:erythrocyte,unmatured erythrocyte,neutrophil,eosinophil,basophil,small lymphocyte,big lymphocyte,monocyte and thrombocyte.Furthermore,their microscopic structures were described respectively.
