摘要
创新人才培养是一个国家创新能力的关键,在国家创新发展战略中处于举足轻重的地位。目前创新人才培养已成为研究型大学的重要课题,而研究生教育在培养创新人才方面发挥着尤为重要的作用。文章首先对研究生课程体系改革的背景进行了分析,在此基础上针对创新人才培养中研究生课程体系及教学方法的改革提出相关的建议。
The cultivation of innovative talents is the crux of the innovative ability of the nation, and is of great importance in the strategy of national irmovation. At present, the cultivation of innovative talents has been the main topic of research universities; the postgraduate education plays an important role in the cultivation of innovative talents. Firstly, the author analyzes the background of the reform of postgraduate curriculum system; under this base, the author provides relevant suggestions for the reform of postgraduate curriculum system and teaching method aimed at cultivating innovative talents.
