新型热电材料Ca_3Co_4O_9的制备与性能表征 被引量:2

摘要 钴基氧化物Ca3Co4O9是一种新型的中高温热电材料。本文采用溶胶凝胶法(sol-gel)制备出Ca3Co4O9样品。通过TG-DTA、IR、XRD、SEM等技术对样品结构进行表征,重点考察了Ca3Co4O9热电材料的热电性能参数Seebeck系数、电导率和功率因子等。结果表明,制备的热电材料样品的XRD谱图与标准的JCPDS卡片一致,没有原始氧化物及其他杂质相出现,结构致密,气孔少,影响载流子迁移的因素减少,从而具有较大的Seebeck系数和电导率,得到较高的功率因子。 Ca3Co4O9 is a novel kind of material with mid and high temperature thermoelectric properties. The samples of Ca3Co4O9 were synthesized by the sol-gel method, and the structures were characterized by XRD, SEM, TG-DTA and IR spectrum. The thermoelectric properties of Ca,Ca3Co4O9, such as Seebeck coefficient, electrical conductivity and power factor were studied especially. The results show that. the XRD spectrum of Ca3Co4O9was in accordance with the JCPDS card of standard, and no impurities were found. Because of the high purity and fine structure, the influence factors of car- rier mobility decrease. Thus, the samples have high Seebeck coefficient, electrical conductivity, high power factor.
