摘要 详细介绍了钴基氧化物热电材料在其晶体结构、热电性能优化、制备等方面的研究现状;对钴基热电氧化物的掺杂研究进行了评述;分析了影响材料热电性能的主要因素;提出了提高钴基热电氧化物热电性能的主要途径;指出了钴基氧化物热电材料的应用前景和研究方向。 The latest progresses of cobalt-based oxide thermoelectric materials are introduced in detail, including their structures, thermoelectric properties optimization, preparation methods. Doping studys of cobalt-based oxide thermoelectric materials are briefly reviewed. The main influence factors of thermoelectric properties are discussed and the main methods to improve thermoelectric properties are offered. The application prospect and development tendency of cobalt-based oxide thermoelectric materials are also raised.
