摘要
基于不同的工业要求,各国研发了可在不同温度下使用的热电薄膜材料。根据工作温度的不同,可分为高、中、低温热电薄膜材料三大类,广泛应用于工业生产、汽车制造、电厂发电、节能减排等领域。目前,在热电薄膜材料的制备工艺、工作原理、性能等方面有较多的研究成果,因此,本文根据热电薄膜材料的适用温度来分类,对其制备工艺及应用领域进行综述。
Based on the different industrial requirements, each country developed a thermoelectric thin film material can be used at different temperatures. Depending on the operating temperature, It can be divided into high, medium and low-temperature thermoelectric thin-film material, and widely used in many fields, such as industrial production, automobile manufacturing, power generation, energy conservation and so on. Currently, there are many research results in thermoelectric thin film material, for example, preparation process, working principle, performance, etc. Thus, the article classified the thermoelectric thin film material according to applies temperature, and reviewed its preparation process and application fields.
