摘要
笔者对国内外虚拟参考咨询服务的理论研究、服务数量、服务时间、服务模式、分布式合作的开展情况、虚拟咨询馆员的构成及虚拟参考咨询的软件等几个方面进行了比较分析,并根据比较分析的结果对国内虚拟参考咨询的发展提出如下建议:改善网络环境、借鉴国外的协调组织模式、选择和开发实时咨询软件、建设与管理高质量的知识库、建立标准的分布式实时合作咨询系统、制订实施统一的虚拟参考咨询服务标准、加强咨询馆员队伍的现代化建设。
The authors first make some analyses and comparisons between the theories, quantity, time, models, cooperation, soft-ware of two VRS systems and also the constitution of VRS staff in China and abroad. Then on the basis of these analyses and com- parisons, they offer some suggestions to improve the VRS in China and abroad. These suggestions include : improving the network environment, learning and introducing new models of other countries, selecting and developing some instant consultation software, constructing and managing quality knowledge corpus, setting up a standard and instant - and - collective consultation system, making and carrying out a universal and acknowledged service standard, and improving the ability of consultants etc.
