摘要
本文通过对国内外图书馆开展数字化参考咨询服务的情况介绍,剖析了医院系统图书馆开展这项服务的必要性,并就此项服务的开展提出了一些建议。
This article introduces current practices of the digital reference
services at home and aboard, analyzes the characteristics of carrying out DRS in
medical library in china, at the same time it also gives more advices on it.
