摘要
详细分析了高校图书馆网络资源利用率不高的三个原因,针对性地提出了解决的对策,正确利用电子阅览室,引进人才,提高馆员素质,对读者进行培训,提供多样化的参考咨询服务,加强网络资源的建设,多方面改进来优化网络资源的利用率。
Detailed analysis of the low utiligation rate of university library network resources is given. Countermeasures are discussed as follows using the electronic reading room in proper way, introducing talents, improving the quality of librarians, training readers offering a great variety of reference service, strengthening the construction of network resources, to optimize network resource utilization.
