摘要
40例恶性肿瘤患者采用足三里穴位注射参麦注射液治疗化疗后白细胞减少症,经1个疗程治疗后,其中显效25例(62.5%),有效12例(30.0%),无效3例(7.5%),总有效率为92.5%。证实了在肿瘤化疗后白细胞尚未减少或减少早期采用补益脾胃、补气升血的方法能预防白细胞减少症的发生和减轻发病的严重程度,体现了中医"治未病"的理论指导原则。
