摘要
研究了超弹性镍钛合金的电化学性质,针对镍钛合金表面存在的钝化膜而导致的镀层与基体结合力不良的问题,采用具有溶解和活化作用的浸蚀液以及合适的预镀层,并且选用具有整平能力的镀层作为中间镀层,从而得到结合力良好、外观平滑光亮的镀金层。
Electrochemical behavior of superelasticity NiTi alloy has been investigated in this paper. To counter poor adhesion, which resulted from passivation films on surfaces of NiTi alloy,of platings on the alloy substrates, the etch solution which had functions of dissolve and activation was used as well as the suitable preplating. And the platings that had smoothing ability were used as middle platings. So,gold plating was gained which had good adhesion and smooth, bright exterior. Problem of decoration on NiTi alloy has been solved.
