摘要
通过单因素试验及分析确定正交实验参数。对结果进行方差分析得出(1)蜂胶提取最佳工艺参数为:乙醇浓度80%、提取温度60℃、提取时间3h、超声时间20min;(2)蜂胶提取得率:黄酮21.4%,干物质50.7%。
The optimal parameters of propolis extraction was determined by the experimental results of single-factor. It was the orthogonal factors Test level. According orthogonal test results and analysis of variance determined ethanol extract of propolis optimum process parameters as follows： ethanol concentration 80%, extraction temperature 60℃, the extraction time 3 h, ultrasound time 20 rain in this condition, the results of propolis extract is the flavonoid content of 21.4%, the extract yield 50.7%.
