摘要
目的:观察鄂西地区蜂胶提取物对高脂血症模型大鼠血脂的作用及相关机制研究。方法:采用高脂模型,即喂饲大鼠高脂饲料的同时灌胃蜂胶提取物,连续30 d,测定大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:蜂胶提取物能显著降低高脂血症模型大鼠血清中TC、TG、LDL-C、MDA含量(P<0.01或P<0.05),及明显升高血清HDL-C、SOD含量(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:蜂胶能调节血脂,及抗脂质过氧化作用,预防和治疗高脂血症。
Objective:To observe the effects of propolis on blood lipid in experimental hyperlipidemia rats: and correlative mechanism. Methods : High - fat - diet was used to make experimental hyperlipidemia rats. 50 rats were divided into 5 groups : control group, hyperlipidemia model group, and the low, middle and high dose of propolis groups. Levels of TC, TG, DL- C, HDL - C, SOD and MDA after successively administration for 30 d were detected. Results : Propolis can reduce levels of TC, TG, LDL - C and MDA, and up - regulate levels of HDL - C and SOD of all rats. Conclusion:Propolis has effects of prevention and treating hyperlipemia.
