摘要
目的:探讨肝气郁结证患者在安静闭眼、安静睁眼、睁眼心算3种状态下的脑电非线性动力学特性的变化规律。方法:对30例肝气郁结证患者和15例正常受试者在安静闭眼、安静睁眼、睁眼心算3种状态下的脑电信号进行采集,利用脑电非线性参数关联维数、复杂度和近似熵,对上述三种状态下的脑电数据进行分析。结果:与正常对照组比较,肝气郁结证患者在上述3种状态下的复杂度、关联维数和近似熵出现增高,肝气郁结证患者的脑电信号和正常组比较从无认知任务到有认知任务,差异逐渐缩小,肝气郁结证患者有情绪和认知功能的改变。结论:肝气郁结证患者存在神经电生理方面的改变,脑电非线性分析能够相对客观和准确地观测到肝气郁结证患者大脑皮层的功能改变。
Objective: To investigate the channel of non-linear dynamics characteristics of EEG of liver-Qi stagnation syndrome patients under three states(eyes closed, eyes opened and mental arithmetic with eyes opened ). Methods: 30 liver-Qi stagnation syndrome patients and 15 normal persons were detected by EEG. The data of EEG- under three states were analyzed by the parameter Cx,D2 and ApEn of electroencephalogram non-linear analysis. Results: Cx,D2 and ApEn of liver- Qi stagnation syndrome group inceased significantly compared with that of the control group. The difference of between two groups was gradually reduced from noncognition mission to cognition mission. Liver-Qi stagnation syndrome patients exist emotional and cognitive functional disarrange. Conclusion: Liver-Qi stagnation syndrome patients have changes of neuro-electrophysiology. Dynamic non-linear analysis is more appropriate for the study of mental functions channel of liver- Qi stagnation syndrome.
