摘要
本文通过不同的热处理程序、DTA、XRD、SEM等分析手段,对ZnO-B2O3-SiO2系焊料玻璃进行了研究。分析了析晶过程和析晶动力学;发现该系统的析出相为ZnZSiO4和ZnB2O4,其析晶活化能分别为628kJ/mol和279kJ/mol;指出了玻璃分相是玻璃析晶的主要原因。同时,探讨了其析晶机理。
The ZnO - B2O3 - SiO2 system were studied by means of different heat - treatment process and analysis of XRD、DTA and SEM. The crystallization process and crystallization kinetics of the systetn were characterized. The crystallized phases were Zn2SiO4 and ZnB2O4 and the activation energy of them were 628kJ/mol and 279kJ/mol respectively. Phase - separation was regarded as the main cause of glass crystallization. Also, the crystallization mechanism was discussed.
