摘要
用离子沉淀法法生产茶多酚的装置(装置中与物料接触部分的材质为0Cr19Ni9不锈钢),分别对以CaCl2和ZnSO4为沉淀剂的离子沉淀法进行初步试验,考察方法对装置的影响,分析了成品茶多酚中的金属离子残留,设计了较为合理的沉淀法生产茶多酚的生产装置流程。结果表明:(1)CaCl2为沉淀剂运行两次后设备与物料接触部位出现锈迹,所得茶多酚中铅含量为0.0005%;(2)ZnSO4为沉淀剂运行后没有发现对设备有腐蚀,所得茶多酚中铅含量低于0.0003%,儿茶素总量和得率分别为86.1%和12.2%。
A new method for the industrial production of tea polyphenols by mental ion precipitation was developed using CaCL2 and ZnSO4 as precipitators in a 0Crl9Ni9 stainless steel device. The residuals of metal ions in products of tea polyphenols were detected and the rational device and production process of tea polyphenols by pficipatation were determined. Results showed that corrosion of the device was found using CaCL2 asthe precipitator for twice with the Pb content in the product being of 0.0005%, while no corrosion of the device was found using ZnSO4 with the content of Pb in the product being lower than 0.0003%. With this precipitator, the yield of the tea polypbenols and total quantity of the cateehins in the tea polyphenols reached 12.2% and 86.1%, respectively.
