茶多酚具有独特的药用价值,近年来受到人们的极大关注。综述了近年来茶多酚提取方法的研究进展,并对各种提取方法目前存在的问题以及今后的研究热点进行了讨论。
With unique medicinal values, tea polyphenols have been paid great attention to. A review was made on the progress in research on the methods of extracting them in recent years, together with a discussion of the existing problems of these methods and the research focuses in the future.
