介绍了年份酒在稳定的贮存条件下三种鉴别方法:等离子发射光谱法测定金属元素含量;利用白酒胶溶特性测定白酒粘度;紫外光谱法测定共轭体系化合物含量。
This article introduced three identification methods of aged liquor under the stable storage condition, which are: ICP-AES determination of the content of metal elements, the measurement of liquor viscosity according to the colloidal characteristic of liquor solution, and the determination of the content of conjugated compounds through UV spectrometry.
