本文介绍了年份酒在稳定的贮存条件下三种鉴别方法:等离子发射光谱法测定金属元素含量;利用白酒胶溶特性测定白酒粘度;紫外光谱法测定共轭体系化合物含量。
Three methods were introduced to identify vintage as metallic elements detected by Ion-coupled plasma atom emission spectrometry (ICP-AES), viscosity studied through the peptization of distilled spirit, and conjugated compounds determined by ultraviolet spectrum.
