摘要 烟气烟碱是卷烟制品的一个重要指标。传统方法分析烟气烟碱费时、有污染而且不能预测。本文根据烟气烟碱的化学分析数据和卷烟样品粉末的近红外光谱建立了卷烟烟气烟碱的近红外分析技术,能准确测定和预测卷烟的烟气烟碱,与常规分析数据相比,偏差小于±0.03,并具有很好的重现性。烟气烟碱与烟叶中烟碱的含量呈很好的正相关。 The content of nicotine in the mainstream smoke is an important parameter of cigarette. The traditional analysis method of nicotine is time-consuming, poisonous and ill-predicted. A near infrared spectroscopy method for determination of nicotine in the mainstream smoke was developed. The method can detect and predict the nicotine in the mainstream smoke. Compare with measured values, the deviation is no more than ±0.03. The precision is less than 3.9%. Nicotine in the mainstream smoke has a good positive correlation with nicotine in the tobacco leaf.
