摘要 运用傅立叶变换近红外漫反射光谱仪 (NIRS)分析了初烤烟叶中蛋白质含量 ,通过应用化学计量学方法 ,建立近红外光谱与初烤烟叶样品中蛋白质含量间关系的数学模型。结果表明 :该模型稳定性好 ,可用来快速、准确、无污染地测定初烤烟叶样品中的蛋白质含量。 In this study, the near infrared reflectance spectroscopy (NIRS) was used to analyze the protein content in flue-cured tobacco leaves. The math ematical model of NIRS and the protein content in flue-cured tobacco leaves was established with stoichiometry method, NIRS can be used to determine accurately and speedily protein content of flue-cured tobacco leaves samples without pollution in short time.
