摘要
二十一世纪是E时代,传统的教师培训模式已不能适应时代的要求,基于网络的中小学英语教师培训模式以它独具的优越性,成为这个时代教师培训发展的必然趋势和教师持续发展终身学习的有效途径。
21th centry is marked as the ＂E＂ era. The traditional teacher training model can not meet the requirements of the new era. Web-based English teacher training model in foundmental education level is not only the trend of the era, but also proved as an effective way for teacher development and life-long learning.
