摘要
主要对网络环境下教师培训的情况进行一下简单梳理,从国内外研究现状、传统培训中存在的问题、进行网络教师培训的优点和必要性等几个方面进行研究,期望能从中得到一些启示。
This paper is make a brief introduction about the situation of teacher training in network environment.mainly from the world research status,problems in traditional training,and the need for Web-based teacher training and other advantages of the aspects of soci-ety,can get some inspiration.
