摘要
今年是《中日和平友好条约》缔结30周年,回顾中日邦交正常化的历史进程,廖承志作为中国政府对日工作的最高负责人,在发展中日友好和推动两国关系在官方和民间两个层次上同时发展发挥了独特的历史作用。同时,中日邦交正常化也是日本对华友好人士长期努力的结果,其中,日本创价学会会长池田大作的贡献尤为突出。池田大作创办创价大学,成立公明党,关键时刻发表了"日中邦交正常化倡言",为日本朝野指明了实现邦交正常化的正确方向和途径。中日邦交正常化后,廖承志、池田大作依然为中日友好事业奋斗不息。
This year is the 30th anniversary of signing the Sino-Japan Treaty of Peace and Friendship. In retrospect of the historic process of normalization of diplomatic relations between China and Japan, it is easy to see that Liao Chengzhi, as a highest Chinese official in charge of foreign affairs to Japan, played an important role in developing and promoting a true friendship between the two governments and among the people of the two countries. Meantime, the normalization is also the result of long-term joint efforts from pro-China Japanese friends, among whom, Daisaku Ikeda, President of the Soka Gakkai, stands out well for his prominent contribution. He established Soka University and founded Komeito. His ＂Proposal to Normalize Japan-China Relationship＂ at a crucial moment pointed out for Japan the right direction and basic way to normalize China-Japan relationship. After the normalization of diplomatic relations, Liao Chengzhi and Daisaku Ikeda continued their endless dedication to the friendship between China and Japan.
